Hashbrown Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 7 cups hashbrowns (bought frozen then thawed)
- 3-4 Tbsp Butter
- 1⁄2 C. Sour Cream (low fat, if desired)
- 1⁄2 C. Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1⁄2 Large Onion chopped and sauted
- 3⁄4 C. Grated Cheddar
- 1⁄2 C. Grated Cheddar
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 350° F.
- Mix all the first six ingredients and put into a casserole dish
- Top with the final grated cheese
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
Alternatively, we’ll microwave until done and broil it in the oven to crisp up the top.
